After graduating from Tulane Law School, Ms. Davenport spent two years writing pleadings and memoranda to trial courts, and briefs to state high courts on various topics. For eleven years, she worked at the American Association for Justice as a writer and editor on AAJ’s five publications, including the award-winning Trial magazine, researching and writing about product defects, motor vehicle defect litigation, and consumer class actions. Ms. Davenport also serves as a litigation consultant to various clients involved in consumer and product safety matters.
